Returns & Refunds

Returns & refunds are only accepted within 14 days of purchase if you find your product is faulty and this was not listed on the product description. 
If you purchased a damaged or faulty/ seconds item then returns and refunds are only accepted if the damage is different to that that was listed when purchased. 
Items must be returned to us safely within 14 days of receiving them and they must not have been tampered with or altered/ used in any way.

A refund will then be processed within 14 working days of us receiving the goods back.
